The Men's Club Lacrosse team began in the Fall of 2013 with founding Coach Mike Urgo (now Head Coach Men's AHCA Hockey Team). Current Head Coach, Nick VanRensselaer was a team member and captain of that team. The first win in program History came during the first game at Howard University, 8 - 6.
The Men's Club Lacrosse team plays in the Division II of the National College Lacrosse League (NCLL) in the Chesapeake Conference. The Chesapeake Conference has been considered the most competitive conference in the NCLL Division II. The Chesapeake Conference consists of teams such as UMBC, Catholic University, Georgetown University, George Mason University, and Morgan State University. Johns Hopkins, Washington University and Howard University have also been a part of the Chesapeake Conference in the past.
