Class Description

Large Group Classes

YOGA (Duration: 60 mins)

Yoga is focusing on flowing from pose to pose and linking the movement with the breath. The instructor will offer a variety of modifications to encourage participation of everyone.  We do sitting, standing, and inverted postures, and suggest challenging variations for more advanced students, yet fun and non-intimidating options for newer students. All levels – beginners welcome!

PILATES (Duration: 45 mins)

Pilates utilizes a series of exercises that target the core, resulting in increased balance, flexibility and posture, all while focusing on breathing to increase body awareness and reduce stress. This class is designed for all levels of fitness.

BUTTS 'N GUTS (Duration: 30 minutes)

This class focuses on strengthening and sculpting the core, glutes and thighs. Feel the burn during cardio and toning intervals designed to target your best assets!

H.I.I.T. 45 (Duration: 45 mins)

HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training! Utilizing a variety of equipment and working with various intervals, this class will challenge your energy systems and work you out at a higher intensity than standard cardio or strength work. This is a great addition to your fitness routine!

Line Dancing (Duration: 60 mins)

Feeling better about your doesn't have to feel like work. Anyone can dance off the inches with some easy dance moves that'll get your heart pumping! We've made it easy enough for anyone to join! Ten moves are all you need to dance to any line dance routine - and we'll show you how! No matter what your fitness level, you can have a great time while dancing your way into great shape.

BOSU BURN (Duration: 45 minutes)

Come join us for a cardio and strength class using the BOSU (Both Sides Utilized) ball!  The BOSU ball is used throughout the class to strengthen the core and all major muscle groups.

BODYSHRED (Duration: 30 minutes)

A trademark of Jillian Michaels, BODYSHRED is a high intensity and endurance based 30-minute workout. Utilizing Jillian Michaels’s 3-2-1 interval approach:  3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio, and 1 minute of abs. You will shred fat, define muscle, and enhance your overall health!

Yogalates (Duration: 60 minutes)

In this class, we combine pilates and yoga for a total body workout focused on toning the glutes, thighs and stomach. ... Develop your core strength and stabilization through pilates poses, and improve your flexibility, muscular strength, posture and alignment through yoga poses, breathing and relaxation.

Pop, Lock, & Hip Hop (Duration: 60 minutes)

Looking to switch up your everyday cardio workout to something more invigorating? Try this NEW and trendy dance fitness class that is sure to give you that cardio fulfillment while learning new hip hop based dance routines.  You will learn a pre-choreographed combination suitable for all levels, step by step, to the hottest songs out that will make every class a ‘Pop, lock and Hip-hop’ experience!

Small Group Classes

TRX CIRCUIT TRAINING (Duration: 45 mins)

Take your TRX workout to the next level with a Circuit Training format. This is a non-stop class that will keep your heart pumping through high intensity intervals that build full body power, strength, and balance with TRX’s uniquely supportive and challenging suspension straps to take your fitness to the next level. Modifications for all fitness levels are provided. This class is offered Tuesday and Thursday.

WOMEN ON WEIGHTS (Duration: 60 mins)

(max. occupancy: 8)

This pilot class is geared towards all women to help increase confidence in the gym while learning new strength-training exercises. Proper use of equipment is emphasized, as well as learning why strength training is important for women. A progressive routine takes you through new workouts, leaving you more confident and much stronger! This class is offered twice a month.​

SPRINT 8 (Duration: 30 mins)

Sprint 8 is a high intensity workout that gives you a complete cardio exercises experience in just 20 minutes. These 20 minute workouts are simple to understand and maximize your progression in the most effective way!
