This hour-long class is designed to help the body and mind relax while increasing muscular endurance, flexibility, balance, and core strength. The class uses strengthening, balance, stretching, and core-focused asanas for a full-body workout. Each yoga class ends with a 15-minute cool down period (savasana) to relax and refresh the body and mind.
PILATES (Duration: 45 mins)
This 45-minute class uses bodyweight movements to increase muscular endurance, flexibility, core strength, and skeletal alignment. The class incorporates breathing exercises for a meditative and calming effect that rejuvenates and relaxes the body and mind.
BUTTS 'N GUTS (Duration: 30 mins)
This class focuses on strengthening and sculpting the core, glutes and thighs. Feel the burn during cardio and toning intervals designed to target your best assets!
BODYSHRED (Duration: 30 mins)
A trademark of Jillian Michaels, BODYSHRED is a high intensity and endurance based 30-minute workout. Utilizing Jillian Michaels’s 3-2-1 interval approach: 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio, and 1 minute of abs. You will shred fat, define muscle, and enhance your overall health!
Yogalates (Duration: 60 mins)
This hour-long high-energy workout combines movements from Pilates and Yoga with aerobic exercises for a full-body workout that combines core strengthening, flexibility, muscular endurance, and balance. Come ready to workout and have fun.
Pop, Lock, & Hip Hop (Duration: 60 mins)
Looking to switch up your everyday cardio workout to something more invigorating? Try this NEW and trendy dance fitness class that is sure to give you that cardio fulfillment while learning new hip hop based dance routines. You will learn a pre-choreographed combination suitable for all levels, step by step, to the hottest songs out that will make every class a ‘Pop, Lock and Hip-hop’ experience!
